Our Story
FaithWorks began as a calling — a mission born from both experience and faith. After serving 20 years in the U.S. Navy, our founder, Justin, saw first-hand how structure, mentorship, and purpose can transform lives. Following his own journey through recovery, he recognized a gap between treatment and real-world employment opportunities for people rebuilding their lives.
FaithWorks was created to bridge that gap. Rooted in compassion and faith, we connect individuals in recovery or post-incarceration with career mentorship, job readiness training, and supportive employers who believe in second chances.
What started as one person’s desire to give back has grown into a community movement — empowering people to rediscover their purpose, restore dignity through meaningful work, and walk confidently into a brighter future.
After two decades of military service, our founder saw what structure, accountability, and faith can do for a person’s life — and how easily those things can vanish when addiction takes hold. Too often, people move from jail to rehab to relapse, caught in a cycle without opportunity or hope.
FaithWorks was built to break that loop — to provide not just treatment, but a path forward. Through spiritual growth, mentorship, and real employment, we help individuals rebuild their lives with purpose.
