Thank you for supporting FaithWorks Recovery & Career Pathways (“FaithWorks,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Your contributions directly support individuals in recovery by funding mentorship, job readiness, and wage assistance programs.
1. Donations
FaithWorks accepts donations through Wix Payments and other approved processors.
All donations are considered final; however, we understand that errors can occur or circumstances may change. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of FaithWorks.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@faithworksrecovery.com within 14 days of the original transaction, including your name, donation amount, and the date of your contribution.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
2. Non-Donor Transactions
If you are a business or partner organization participating in a salary supplement or training reimbursement program, refund or payment adjustments will be handled under the terms of your written partnership agreement.
3. Events and Fundraisers
Event ticket sales, sponsorships, and fundraising contributions are typically non-refundable unless the event is canceled by FaithWorks.
4. Fraud and Error Resolution
If a donation or transaction was made in error or suspected of fraud, please contact us immediately at info@faithworksrecovery.com. We will review and, when appropriate, reverse the transaction.
